The project serves to rehouse the families of the Venus building.

The two buildings are placed diagonally at the far ends of the plot, avoiding the overlapping effect and creating more distance between the buildings.
The terraces are oriented in such a way as to avoid visual clashes between the two volumes.

Geometrically, the plan is composed of two twin rectangles, which give rise to a total of 6 corners, one for each of the dwellings; and a twin, where the core is located.

With this geometry, a democratic and homogeneous aggregation is achieved where all the dwellings are exactly the same in both volumes.

The typology, in which the living room and the kitchen-dining room are also “macled”, organizes the space diagonally, with a sequence of spaces that goes from the access to the corner terrace.

The wet areas are grouped in the entrance corner of each dwelling and in contact with the common access areas, freeing up the corners to achieve great flexibility of space at the end of the building.
