The project is located in the municipality of El Masnou, one of the coastal towns of Maresme, 20 minutes away from Barcelona.
The organization of the project in five volumes allows the building to adapt to the narrow geometry and the steep slope of the plot, maintaining the visuals between the blocks and facilitating the integration to the environment, composed mostly of single-family homes.

The project is developed on a base formed by concrete walls that contain the parking lot and generate the different platforms, with the communal gardens, where the buildings are located, adapting to the topography.
Each building consists on a first floor and two upper floors, with three dwellings per landing, for a total of 42 dwellings. The organization of the floor plan and the geometric relationship between the blocks ensure that all the dwellings have cross ventilation and direct views of the sea.

Taking as a reference the traditional Mediterranean architecture, where the predominant color is white molded in situ, 3 materials are basically used: concrete, molded by means of wooden planking in contact with the ground and smooth on the facade, manual plaster, by means of the SATE system, and locksmithing in matte silver anodized color.

Despite the geometric and topographic complexity of the site, an orderly and systematic geometry predisposes the project to the simplification of typologies, serialization of construction systems, and industrialization of the building, as industrialized bathrooms.
